Exercise.

I’m curious…do you get enough exercise on a daily (or weekly) basis?

I’ve really been trying to exercise more this summer, and it comes and goes. I have done a better job of walking to work (8 minute walk one way), and also have been running (for the Fort Wayne certified half marathon in two months).

I think they say we’re supposed to get 15-minutes of vigorous activity at least 4 times a week. How are you doing?
Another question: How are you exercising? Walking? Running? Biking? Swimming? Basketball? What say you?

    I believe I’m not getting enough exercise. Though I have to walk 10 minutes (to go from one bus terminal to the other), I think it’s not enough cause I spend 8 hours of work sitting.

    Though sometimes I do get a work out when I fix things at home.

    I’m getting fat again. I think I have to get serious with exercise.

    My doctor has put me on a diet. Sigh. I didn’t think I was THAT overweight. He wants me to lose 10 pounds. I was doing really well getting up at 5:30 am to jog but then I got sick and that punched a hole in it. I wish I had a sling to put Brennan in while I run!

    Todd,
    We’d still love to have you running the Fort Wayne Certified Half-Marathon with us!
    There will be people who walk the entire thing, so even if you can jog half of it, you won’t be even close to last place. Seriously–not even close!

    I’ve been stuck at my same weight since late winter. I would suppose I’m putting on a good deal of muscle as I’m running, so at least I can be happy I’m not gaining!
