Or, at least reduce it by 75%. I think it's inevitable, though. There's never enough hours in a day to do everything you want to do, so you do the stuff you NEED to do, and the stuff you WANT to do. If there's time left, you do what you don't really want or NEED to do, if you feel like it. That's the back burner stuff that gets procrastinated.
