I've tried over the counter meds, but they all make me drowsy, except Claratin D, which winds me up for about a day and a half. I'm on Zyrtec now, and that works great for the sinuses! I would suggest dealing with your irritablity by changing meds! There's got to be something right for you out there. For my sinus allergies, I got a script from the dr.
