Organizational Tools…

Today I installed and started using a little piece of demo software, which is an online To-Do Organizer.
So far, I have put in four things, and I’m getting ready to close one of them shortly before I leave work today.
I also use my Phone/PDA’s calendar/scheduler as an organizational tool.
What kind of tools do you use in everyday life to stay organized?
Have you tried using tools and later stopped using them?
