Have You Backed Up?

I just made a backup of my firewall’s settings, and the thought hit me–’When was the last time I backed up my files?’
O…about three months ago. Not cool!
This past weekend, as I was sorting through photographs, I thought to myself, ‘You know Nathan, you really should create a backup of these photos, just in case.’
So I just wanted to issue a friendly reminder to you to be sure you’re backing up things. You never know when your hard drive will explode or you get a nasty virus and lose your data, or you accidentally reformat your hard drive…
Better safe than sorry, so backup this week before you forget!

You know nathan, I agree with you 100%. It happened to me. I am very confident that my harddrive won’t fail. All of my files is in there, pictures and all. And I made no back up. And then all of a sudden, it crashed. And I am desperate in trying to recover the files (at least the photos).
Creating back up is cheap. But lossing those precious, can only be shot once photos, is priceless.
Nice reminder nathan. (it’s too late for me though).
