Blogrush is a new (11 days old, i think) link exchange, where, on my front page, you can see a new box in the sidebar which has some links. Those links are randomly generated based on what category of links I want to display, and filters out links I don't want to show. As for site stats, this is not anything like sitemeter. I actually use Google Analytics. I am going to do a series on Analytics next month as I approach my one-year blogging anniversary... hope that answers your question ‘drive traffic’ means ‘get more traffic’ to your site.
