Thanks for the offer, but i can't ride my bike. It blows. I tried riding it last summer, and got about 1/2 mile, and had to turn around. bent rim, handlebars are loose (and won't tighten).
I've talked about getting a new bike for some time, but i'm a cheapskate, and know i wouldn't use it enough to justify that expense of a decent bike.
Thanks again! I'm sure I'll recover in the next few weeks...

I know how frustrated I would be if I couldn't ride my bike/exercise.

If it would help, you are welcome to go bicycling with me. That might still let you get exercise, while giving the injured parts of your legs a break.

If you are interested, just shoot me an email and we can work out times.

Hmmm...I think I'm injured too. I better cut back on my workouts too...let's see...I think it's probably best for my health if I cut back to 5 minutes once a week. What do you think?
