		<description>I have started doing the same thing, but I have learned that there is a time for exceptions. Some things are critical, and if I know about in advance (like a file for a project that has to go out right away) I will keep an eye out for it. It has taken months, but I am finally learning to ignore the other stuff in my inbox until the appointed times :)

I also tried only sending email during a certain time each day, but I found that was just plain infeasible (for me).
