I was reading and came across this description:
The trial period is virtually endless, you do not have to pay anything for this site. We have taken care of that for you.
If we expect people to:
1. read
2. understand
3. remember
what we write, a good start is to be clear and concise.
Wouldn’t it make more sense to say:
We have purchased a free endless ‘trial’ membership for you.

i guess it would, but who is the audience for this site? are they people who would understand it the same both ways? perhaps, if they are more intellectual, they would appreciate the complications of the first way more just because its complicated. if the audience is just whoever, though, i totally agree.
