		<description>Unfortunately, whether we like it or not, change is the only constant (is anyone but me fed up with clichés?!).

I prefer routine, with a little bit of change to spice it up (like new books to read).  But I usually don't get it.  I usually get large doses of change.

Take time out to watch a little bit of football, if you want.  The other stuff will wait (unless God said to do it now!!).</description>
