Happy Thanksgiving to you today.

This morning my wife attempted to log on to this blog to check up on what is going on in my life, or, at least, to check on what i’m writing about. She couldn’t get on…so i did some quick checking, and yeah, it appears something was up with my webhost, as nothing worked.

Well, an hour later and one support ticket later, all is working again, and i’m able to blog. i hope you are reading this.

Today, i just wanted to tell you what I’m thankful for, briefly:

  • my wife, my best friend in the whole world, Emily
  • a Christian upbringing
  • parents who were the same on Friday night (and every other time of the week) as they were on Sunday morning
  • my wife’s Christian upbringing
  • our church and its Godly teaching
  • our Hope Groups and the friendships we have cultivated through it
  • my friends, too numerous to mention by name, and i’d be likely to omit someone, too…
  • the employment to pay our bills
  • two vehicles (one is rather fast, too)
  • a house to sleep in
  • food (did i mention my wife is a great cook?)
  • God’s call on my life, and his willingness to use me despite all my problems
  • a vision of what can be
  • general health
  • God’s provision for my life

Thank you to everyone…you’re what makes life so great!
